I'd argue that it doesn't really matter what class you play, but rather your ability to perform basic tasks in pve (kite, interrupt, kill the most threatening target first) that determine whether you're a 'good' player or not..not that the bar is very high for pve.

You don't have to have a main character. ID golds as you get them, do missions as they need them, and bring them to events as your guild demands the class.

Play whichever you feel like, whenever. Beauty of Guild Wars.

All my characters have completed all campaigns (EoTN not included) and have at least 200 hours of play each. I have 10 slots, all filled with 10 PvE characters, with black 15k armor and gold req 9 weapons with nice skins, and a gold or green miniature. They all have some nice titles on them and good accomplishments.

Not one of them is my main.

Do whatever, whenever.
